For refundable rates: If the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period under the conditions described below* the amount will be refunded in full.
In the event of cancellation outside the stipulated period or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Children from 3 to 10 years old - 50% of the price

Low Season - From October to May (except New Year's Eve and Easter) - Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
Mid/High Season - From June to September (including New Year's Eve and Easter) - Free cancellation up to 15 days before date of arrival.
