Family attractions

The Algarve is all about family holidays, with loads of fun things to do with the kids. There are water parks, such as ‘Slide & Splash’, the ‘Aquashow’ and the animal themed amusement park, ‘Zoomarine’.

Wildlife and animals are also central to ‘Krazy World’ an interactive zoo, where one can feed dwarf goats, llamas and deer in the petting farm. Other attractions include a reptile and falconry show. The animal shows are designed to be both educational and entertaining.  There is also a bouncy castle and a mini golf course.

For larger and more exotic animals, there is the ‘Lagos Zoo’, where one can see tropical birds, monkeys and reptiles whilst learning all about the zoo’s conservation and environmental protection initiatives.

For the young budding golfers, there is the ‘Family Golf Park’ in Vilamoura, where all the family can enjoy the excitement of Super Mini-golf plus a Roman themed experience. The park has two 18 holes mini golf courses set in beautifully maintained grounds.
